I wasn't sick....thankfully, I am Ok today maybe a tad lethargic. Holidays soon though.....ahhh rest.

I was in Elmpt in Germany, 30k's ish from Dusseldorf. (Holland border next to Roermond.)

Have you tried upping your calorie intake? You seem to have a very active lifestyle and if you spend time in cold (Not sure if the snowboard instructing is on proper snow) you will be buring more calories.
