Winter training near Malaga

Just on the off chance..............

I have the chance for bargain accomodation juest east of Malaga next January/Feb from a family friend. Very near the coast but I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are good training routes there to get 3-4 days worth of early season miles in?

Apparently the weather is the best in Europe in January on average, but most people seem to go to Mallorca for cycling.....

Anyone got any ideas?

    Get a michelin map or at least look on Google maps and I think you'll find there are loads of roads. tehhe coast can be a bit busy but perhaps not too bad in Jan. And inland could be chilly but ok. Ride up towards the white villages etc.
    We stayed im Alora last week in Feb and had good but unseasonably cold weather. Took train to Malaga one day - positivley balmy on the coast there.
