Training for lands end to john o'groats

i am going to be doing LE to JOG next june. over 8 days. im just wanting some advice on what sort of trainig schedule and timing plan, from now and til then. any help will be very grateful

    Lots of riding building up the mileage. Then when you can comfortably hit 100 or thereabouts start planning weekends of high mileage with no rest days.

    Try and then mimic successive days on the saddle with sensible mileage so you dont overtrain. Good luck!
