hi all... ive been cycling for about six months now after years i stop. due to other commitments i only manage to have my ride only on weekends.. saturday and sunday morning... and i only manage to ride an average of 35-45km per session about 2 hours.. and i think this is not enough for me to gain my fitness level as i always struggle on the saturday mornings and did quite ok on sunday mornings... i planning to get my self a turbo trainer for my weekdays ride... any suggestions..

if you want to get fitter and faster ride more. Why not find 8-10 hours per week?A turbo is useful but it won't speed things that much and is far more painful than being out on the road0
