Why these sore hamstrings ?

I did a 40 the other day and after about 25 miles, my left hamstring was real sore. I tipped my saddle across a smidgeon to the right , and last night on the same run, my right hamstring was sore at about 25 miles.

I dont get it , this has never occurred before :shock:

    nope, never have.

    but ive never had to contend with sore hamstrings in the past ever, thats why im intrigued over this.
