Training when injured

So, I've got a grade 3 dislocation of my ac joint (clavicle) because of my first road bike fall (memo to self - slow down more for fording rivers). And I've been advised to avoid "sporty" things for 6 weeks.
I don't want to lose much fitness, any thoughts on the forum?
Legs are fine so I was considering borrowing a turbo and using it in the garden (since it's summer).

I'm glad I've only got a grade 3, no surgery but just time to heal.
I was supposed to be riding the Iron Mountain Sportive today
Must find something else to train for.
P.S. Good luck with the surgery.0 -
Unlucky about missing the sportive
Hopefully if you keep it going on the turbo you shouldn't lose too much fitness over the next few weeks0
