Some TV shows are much worse than we remember them to be.
I saw The Dukes Of Hazzard recently and it was rubbish. The only good thing about it was Daisy Duke's 'Daisy Dukes'.

I think 'they' should bring the rules from the Super Touring Car era back into the British Touring Car Championship.
Alfas, BMWs, Cavaliers, Sierra Cosworths, Volvo Estates etc
Loads of different manufacturers and really good racing, unlike today.

I used to love the BTCC.

    FCN 4: Planet X Schmaffenschmack 2- workhorse

Hear hear. But before they do that, the early to mid 90's WRC rules would be good too - homologation gave us proper road cars back then.

A mate of mine has a GT4 Carlos Sainz; number 2701 of the 5000 required for homologation, it's such a monster.

I'd like to see them bring back Escort Cosworths. Mmmm, whale tail.....

I remember CHiPs as Saturday morning, and The Fall Guy as lunchtime, but yeah. Also, Airwolf, and Star Fleet (X-Bomber), and Battle of the Planets (Science Ninja Team Gatchaman).

And yes, Saturday wrestling. Not that over-showy WWF stuff, but the likes of Giant Haystacks, Kendo Nagasaki, Davey Boy Smith, "Fit" Finlay and my personal favourite, "Ironfist" Clive Myers.

That's enough reason to bring it back - perhaps with Kylie playing the role of Daisy Duke?

    Champion the Wonder Horse

Champion the Wonder Horse! Champion the Wonder Horse!
Like a streak of lightnin' flashin' cross the sky,
Like the swiftest arrow whizzin' from a bow,
Like a mighty cannonball he seems to fly.
You'll hear about him ever'where you go.
The time'll come when everyone will know
The name of Champion the Wonder Horse!

Never takes long for it to be spotted :)

Rod Hull Is Alive - Why? [ACD]

A doyen of topiary once told me
That one day he would like to grow a maze
It seemed to be quite logical that this should be his wish
And with that we both went our separate ways
They said you died at seven due to something in your head
I asked the sister why it wasn’t someone else instead
Tonight I’ll cry myself a bath of tears and ask the world
Why is Rod Hull alive and getting paid as well? [Editor's comment - He's not now is he?]

Heard a Palace spokesman mention ‘Sarah’
Said she’d known the groins of Jacques Laffite
    She’s well prepared to be a standard-bearer
As pure as unproverbial driven sleet

Half way up the Wrekin with an empty flask of tea
A fog descends and takes away my visibility
Yet in this Helen Keller state I’d still quite like to know
Why is Rod Hull alive and getting paid as well?

And I wonder if they’ll bring back national service and the birch
And I wonder but I doubt if they will ever bring back the Watney Cup

Nah. Kelly Brooke playing Daisy Duke. Something to look at both when she's walking towards and away from you. I'm sure she's a good actress too, which is my primary concern, of course!

When I was a kid I used to imagine a TV show made up of Blue Thunder (command and control),Air Wolf (for aerial fire power), Street Hawk and Knight Rider (bringing the heat to the street) and the A Team (as 'infantry').
