    sorry hopper...i even ordered a fluid 2 on the back of you and nap recommending the cycleops...

    nope its being delivered this morning. Can't get out on the bike tonight so will be testing it out this evening. Can;'t decide which sufferfest vid to go for though... haha

    Start your first Sufferfest a little easy...Or you wont see the end of it!

    In which case try shorter intervals then, anything longer than 5 minutes is such a mental challenge that its easy to give up. If you can do a session of 10 mins warm up, then 5 x 5 minutesd at race pace / as hard as you can sustain for the length of time with 1 minute rest intervals..
