Bruise on knee

Adjusted my saddle last night.
Took the bike out this morning all was good.
Got back a bruise has appeared on my knee.
(just above the cap and inside, (nearest the other knee)
On the oppiosite leg my hamstring feels tight.
Is my saddle too high, too low, too far back?
The bruise does not hurt unless i touch it.
Is it anything I need to treat or a problem I need to resolve?
Should I rest or continue to train?

I doubt the bruise was caused by the bike... Maybe you caught your knee, without noticing at the time...
Tight hamstring will be a result of moving your seat (I take it you raised the saddle?) and is normal if it doesn't last too long, it's just adjusting to the new position.Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0 -

No stay in bed. Certain death follows riding a bike with any sort of injury.0 -
