www.myprotein.co.uk are very good for ingredients for energy drinks etc, I think they have some vitamins and the like too.

Yeah, for supplements like Whey Protein etc, myprotein is hard to beat, I get my homebrew stuff from there. But not for things like vitamins, Omega 3 etc..0

1. Fresh fruits and vegetables
2. Whole grains, legumes, bread, cereal, pasta, rice, corn
3. Milk, dairy, eggs, lean meats and fish
4. oils, fats and nuts
Endurance athletes will need to have more of 2 & 4 depending on how much they train.0 -

I spend half my life on drilling rigs... the chances of me getting anything resembling healthy food, are slim...
