Why has he bothered with a Cervelo frame, concealed cables etc, when he's going to run it with those wheels and all those bottle cages, saddlebag and a pump strapped under the toptube ?

Let alone his own 'aero position' !

Still, at least he's not got those Profile tribars where the elbow pads are 3" above the bars...

@Tommy- Hahaha you said it. No socks, bottle on down tube, death grip....what is he doing? He looks like he's really zoned in though. Does anyone know this guy personally?

And why bother spending a fortune on those bars when you've got so many spacers on that your position is less aero than my grandad going down to the shops on his foldy bike?
