Does anyone have any experiance of using SR3, it gets a reasonable right up in Cycling Weekly. I was going to order my usual Zipvit ZV1 powder but this is quite a bit cheaper, just need to know if it does the same thing and is any good. Cheers

I've got no experience with either (I use only High5, except for trial offers) but you are paying for the quality of the ingredients and therefore a better product.
For example I'm happy to pay the price for 4:1 because 1) I like it but also 2) I know they use the highest quality of whey protein available and that costs extra.0 -
Cheers Rapha, I am happy with Zipvit stuff but have never really brought anything else, It appears that most people stick with what they know, I did try Torq on the Magnificat at the weekend, did not like that.Sunday September Ultegra SL

somebody called Rapha trying to persuade themselves that you only pay more for quality???
dont forget Zipvit have a massive advertising and pro sponsorship bill to pay for....
i agree hi 5 is the way forward but that is through trial and error in how my body feels on long rides with different drinks.
see what works and hope it isnt only the expensive one.0 -
Cheers guys, discount suppliments have high5 for £19 a tub, zipvit £16.99. I don't like paying extra if I don't have to which is why I wear Shutt not Rapha. May stick with Zipvit but I know as soon as I order they will be doing 2 for 1 on it again. The law of the sod.Sunday September Ultegra SL
