    In my experience of go karting; it tires/hurts your hands, your arms, your core, your shoulders, your neck and the concentration required to do well is the cherry on the top. God only knows how you'd feel after 2hrs in an F1 car.

    I think it's very short-sighted to fail to recognise it as a sport or the level of fitness required to compete at the highest level. Riding a bike is easy if we're honest - 'we' only choose to make it difficult by striving for high average speeds and high mileage.
