    What events are you doing these days now that summer has rolled around? Have you thought of a trip to France or Spain to do some bigger hills?

    I came back to cycling after gaining weight for a sailing campaign, I had some issues with my heart at first not liking the new workload, but I was pushing it too far too quickly. Hope you've been injury free!

    If you come cycling down to London some time let us know - we'll take you on the famous Surrey or Kent hills - with the famous Surrey roads to boot... It's not all that bad.
