Confidence!

After having what I'd class as a bad crash (came off at 35mph) and still using crutches, I've started with the old 'what if' questions'!

Has anybody had any similar experiences?

    Yeah, I was hit by a car late last summer.

    Pain like I could not believe. Dislocated shoulder, smashed up knee and hand in his head light. Hurt like f**k. Still getting bad shoulder pain now and reckon based on what my Doctor said that the damage is exactly that, damage. However, I was back on the bike and riding in a couple of weeks and trained hard through the winter and now am in the best form of my life on a bike. Its easy to say, but you've got to get back on asap. Breakdown how many crashes you've had pro rata to riding and you'll soon be OK.
