Without wanting to get bogged down in the strength training for cycling debate, has anybody read/heard about this journal article:
http://journals.lww.com/nsca-scj/Citation/1983/06000/Improved_Cycling_Performance_Through_Strength.1.aspx
I have come across references to it from the ultra cycling website and wondered whether this had been poo pooed (its pretty old) or whether it was still valid?
