Only done a couple of rides and both in dry weather so have no idea. They roll pretty well but then they are supposed to be racing tyres. I was told at the bike fit that they're fine for most roads but don't expect them to be that tough, They are the new ZX's that have just come out and are supposed to be a little tougher than the current Ultremo R.1's but then it could be all marketing..;-)0 -
Always good to see another couple of agrees

I am drooling on the Agree SL, its the same bike but Alloy instead of Carbon. As an alternate i am looking at Cube Streamer.
Whats got me concerned is the size. They only have the size 58 in both bikes and i am just over 5'9" and weigh just under 200 pounds. Can you comment on the sizing and what your experience with the bike is, so far?
From what i have read so far people recommend buying a size bigger than what ever one would buy in other brands. so if i was buying a 54 cannondale Caad 9 i should be ok with Cube size 56+. People over at bike forums say i should be ok just wont get a very aggressive position on the bike which is fine with me. I am just riding to get fit not to run in races or for yellow jersies.
Do you recommend it?1996 Cannondale M500 CAAD3 (Hardtail MTB)

I run a 56 spesh and 56 agree it's fine for me..at 5ft 11.
I think the 58 at 5ft9 will be too big....can you test fit?0 -
wish i could, but i cant, i am ordering it from across the globe. there are no local bike shops in my country and my options are next to none except online ordering from sites that take international orders.
I was actually ordering a cannondale caad 8 which is the crap end of cannondale road bikes with crappy shimano sora components. This bike costs me the same but comes with full Ultegra and Easton wheels and Syntace handle stem and seat post etc.1996 Cannondale M500 CAAD3 (Hardtail MTB)

the bike forums guys thought i could pull it off on the size but would not get a very aggressive riding position..1996 Cannondale M500 CAAD3 (Hardtail MTB)

My average run a day is 30Kms, longest ride to date was 70kms on my 1996 cannondale mountain bike. which also is a size big for me. setting out to buy my first Road Bike.
Well one angle is with 46% off i am just paying for the comps the frame is free!
Worst case, i could probably swap the frame out if it become's a total wasted effort.1996 Cannondale M500 CAAD3 (Hardtail MTB)

I agree that you should go up a size.
I've got a 2010 GTC Race which is a great bike and very good spec for the price!
I'm 6ft with a 32" inside leg and bought a size 58 whereas I'd go for a 56 with a Scott or Cannondale. The seatpost on my GTC Race is up to the max and I swapped to a 130mm stem, the bike now fits me fine although I wonder if I should have gone for a 60._________________________________________________
