Hmm, if only I'd had a camera handy a couple of years ago when I did this on the first downhilly bit at Coed Llandegla. Not something I'd want to do again TBH:
Broken finger - it's still not fully functional, two fractured ribs (and a mahoosive bruise where I took the end of the bars into the chest, and various cuts and bruises. GPS said 32mph to 0mph in less than a second...0 -
