Saturday, got a 3 hour at 200 watts ride.
Me and a friend riding next to each other for conversation, but we're going to be careful to not draft. We're going for a rolling route rather than big hills, as it's difficult to keep the power up down hill!

Sunday, cafe ride, 80 odd miles with about 4000ft of climbing.

Then next wednesday a century ride in preperation for the Northern rock Cyclone on the 12th.

I am racing in melbourne nottingham. I have a brand new scott addict to put through it's paces. Unfortunately my 3 month old garmin edge 705 has died a death (randomly turnt off 10 miles into a ride even though charged up the night before and will not turn back on) so I wont be able to get any stats from the race to compare to my previous races on the trek 1.7. I am way out of my leauge in this race series anyway so I'm sure I will end up essentially doing a 50 mile TT yet again :-p

How's the North Sea looking Hopper? I'm off to the Essex coast this weekend. Forecast 15 degrees there and 23 degrees here. :( Should get a 3hr ride in on Sat before I go tho. :)

Racing in the ECCA 10 & 25 mile championship TTs on Sat/Sun.

Not too fussed about Sat, but Sun is a chance to beat my 25 PB...maybe

Racing at Bole Hill. The course is just three big hills and three descents. Should be fun.

Going to get early tomorrow morning for a hard hill climb repeats.

30 miles on the single speed tonight (Felt's in the shop, see my Workshop thread) then I'll retire to our wonderful garden to listen to the fountain, eat food, drink beer and forget about the stresses of work.

Tomorrow I'll hopefully collect the Felt and head out in the afternoon for 40 or 50 miles.

Sunday? No idea; too far away to predict!

I'm doing loops in the Filey/Scarborough area to include Staxton hill.

The sea was a mill-pond yesterday at Cayton Bay and water temperature is still quite cold.

My little 'un has just mastered the bike, without the stabilizers, 'wobbly bike' as he now calls it.

Leaving work at 4 today to get a few hours in, will try for another tomorrow morning before me taking for granted that Summer is here at last bites me on the bum on Sunday.

No cycling for me this weekend, it's my stag do. Heading up to Halifax Sat daytime for some hovercrafting and archery, then into Manchester in the evening. Applying for bail or removing myself from the lamp post on Sunday :)

I'm off to my other half's nieces 18th birthday party. Turns out is't a pool party............
I won't be in the pool, but I will be enjoying the scenery with a cold beer or two. I suspect that dark glasses may be necessary.
    Need I say more ?

I took took the afternoon off and did a 35 mile round trip ride to Lepe (hants)

Shame the temperature made me sweat so much that my eyes were stinging most of the ride. Better than sitting at my desk staring at a PC screen though :)
I pushed it and had an av of 19.2mph

Then I went and sat in the pub around the corner....perfect afternoon.+ my GF text me to ask me out to dinner ..her treat.....bargain :D
