I've had 6 weeks of the bike due to an injury to my left hand, am i wise to do this ride, i might be doing some small rides before the 13 th, i am relitavely fit and not stupid, any advice appreciated. cheers.

    Well I suppose the worst is that he can't hack it on the steep uphills through lack of fitness or problems with hand, and has to walk up St Brides, Bethesda, the Preselis, Gwaun Valley, Fishguard, Stop n Call, Solva, Stackpole and Fresh East. Should be home before dark tho :roll:
    Although as none of them are more than 25% maybe he'll be ok :lol:

    Morbid humour apart, if you've done this kind of ride before and your hand is fixed, you'll be fine

    I'll be on the short route :shock:

    Cheers mate, i've done the dragon ride , wicklow 200 and last year did the 3 counties challenge although obviously i was fit , i will give it a go and there's the option of a 83 miler see you there.
