anyone out today and fancy a ride? near lostwithiel preferably.

    But I was yesterday and a fine one it was to.
    Why not really put the ¬p¬ into pain and ride up Penpillick Hill loop back to Fowey Tywardreath etc and start again I used to do this 3 times for FUN it certainly has a `bite` to it?

    Just got back from a ride, saw a few others out.

    did 34miles with a couple big'ish hills in - 2hours10mins.
