Today i had a bloody good ride (for me anyway) 8)
Home to just outside Luton Airport via Watling Street and back. 74 km Total. Total Time 2hr 35mins. Avg. Speed 28.5 km/h Max 55.7km/h.
I did this practically non stop. Just a couple of Red Lights and a couple of 30 second gel stops.
For me this is good but just a couple of issues. Yet again I got a terrible stitch in my right hand side after about 18 km, which did slow me down slightly for a few KM. The main issue is that ever since I got back home at around 9.30 I have not been able to keep anything down.
I have never experienced this before. Could it be that I just pushed slightly too hard? I've NEVER maintained that average speed on a solo ride before. Especially over this distance. :?:

Possibly overcooked it - possibly dehydration as well as it was scorchio today. Did you drink plenty?
Other option is of course just a bug0
