Did anyone notice Dave Millar was also getting p1ssed off with them as well and shoulder barged one of them.........is he autistic too?

Not much respect shown to the rainbow jersey yesterday. Can you imagine them trying that sort of stunt with a previous wearer?

    Now,

I can understand Cuddles being annoyed but then the other riders were riding to protect their team mates up ahead. Cadel's main problem is, as has been pointed out, he doesn't have a team who can stay with him.

Anyway, I'd hardly call it a fight - if they'd been carrying handbags they might have caused a bit of damage!

They were justified in slowing it down (Columbia doing it for George), as was Cuddles in taking exception to it. Both parties think they're right, both want to defend their ego.. it happens.

Mind you, not only are they never there to ride for him, his team also leaves him to be ganged upon. Fortunately he wasn't carrying his milk money.

And yeah, Millar barging people out of the way was funny. I really like his no-nonsense approach.

Gratuitous and (almost) irrelevant reposting of great photo. Cheers Bronzie.

The Badger on the road to Roubaix?
No Oakleys, no helmet, wooley jersey & shorts and a bike you could walk into a shop & buy!
Remember that you are an Englishman and thus have won first prize in the lottery of life.

I think I have said before that he does show some signs of Autism. He just flips when he gets stressed. Part of the course I think when you've got this condition.

Two blindingly obvious points is that why the hell did he go to a Team who is not a big Team for the Tours. He should have had 8 of his guys pulling on the front but where were they; just found out that 4 of his Team have gone home already.Terrible decision to not move to a big Team.
Second point is that I think Liquigas were blocking too. A lot of trouble for Mr Evans with everyone blocking. Amazing how he missed the move; I guess his guts etc are not so good. That can be from over exersion as well as a virus.

You will probably find that Evans struggles with an EI problem called an Amydala Hijack- a very common anger management challenge which can happen to anybody at any time but normally when you have been under or experiencing massive stress.

Effectivley stops the logical and rational thought processes and things will be said (or sometimes in my case done) that you will regret.

I know wikipedia is often slated as a reference source, but there are some good examples there- (Serena Williams at the US Open).

Not an excuse for the behaviour, but a possible reason.

The phrase is par for the course- a golfing metaphor. Part of the course is a nonsense

There are, I understand , many different degrees and types of autism- perhaps the best known being Asperger's Syndrome.

Quite how this relates to Cadel Evans and his short temper- I'm not sure.

Has be been diagnosed as autistic? If not. who are we to presume????
