Way to go! The paint job on my grey 2007 Meta is pretty battered and this looks like a cool option. What sort of laquer did you use and do you do several coats?

Father Faff - i used plasticote clear coat lacquer, available from wilkos. I did about 12 coats (used about a whole can), it's still very fragile though...

The red chainring bolts are brand-x bolts from chain reaction

Cheers big cheese, it's so nice to ride! The front end just seems a little high, i'm going to have to try some different combinations of stems/bars etc
