    hey,

    I've had no pedals on my bike for a few weeks after the last ride... ruined the threading on my crank arms. I've just managed to get my eggbeaters back on so I'm up for a ride whenever!

    Damn that looks painful :(

    I'm just getting over a pulled back muscle so can't exactly hammer around but can ride for a couple of hours without causing too much strain on it so if anyone's about this coming weekend and fancies meeting up and doing something not overly uphill related lemme know :)

    I'm back on the bike! Will be going out for a gentle ride on Saturday if anyone wants to let me eat their dust/mud once I've pointed out the singletrack...
