    Agreed, I was watching Wiggins do his TT in the Giro on Saturday and he appeared to be snaking from the hips down whilst everything from there up remained still!

    This isn't exactly a revelation though is it? It's why a strong core is so important 'strong' back, strong core provides a platform for the muscles from the glutes down to do their job most efficiently.

    not sure about going faster but my form of going round corners etc has improved since watching the pro's

    I beat my time trial time by 2 mins the other day (ok so i found out i was doing about an extra 30 metres that was slightly uphill and my weight has dropped) but i was faster :)
