    I thought something similar. I don't know if it's the jersey, the new team, or what, but it's brilliant.

    As for Millar, I cannot see a reason why he would even consider doping now. I think we're so suspicious now that any impressive performances give cause for doubt. However, I like to think he and the others are just riding well. After all, someone has to be fastest! From what I read it seems Millar enjoyed the mud & rain the other day more than a lot of the others. That can make a huge difference. Also he's not riding for CVV now, so appears to be free to ride for himself.
