Recovery drinks again...!
I have recently started using them regularly per the directions after a race / hard training ride, and I have to admit I can detect a benefit. This week, I have done two TTs - one on Monday, then Tuesday, followed by a rolling 55 miler today at tempo. My legs yesterday felt great, in fcta I did a PB for the first club 10 (as in fastest time in the first event, not all time course PB) despite having doen 6 weeks training after a year off the bike. This morning, my legs felt great again, at least for the first 30 miles, after that another story but thats due to a lack of endurance training. I know from experince previously I would have really struggled this morning.
