My Polar is bust, so looking at Garmin FR60 or Suunto TC3. Anyone any experience of any?

    No experience of either, but I did like my cateye dual function one.

    I have an Edge 705 with HR and a polar F6, if you are intreasted in calories burnt the algorithm in the polar apears to give a more accurate reading. HR readings come out about the same from both.

    I got really fed up with the unreliability of my Polar CS200 (even though a previous Polar HR monitor was excellent).
    I've just taken delivery of a Garmin Edge 500 - seems to have everything I want, gets good reliability reviews on the whole, and you can readily get hold of second bike kits etc.
