Help interpreting Max HR results

Just finished doing a HR test. I opted to do the test in Peter Reid's 'Black Book'. On the turbo, 6 gears, changing every two minutes at as close to 80rpm as I can keep it (use an online metronome). The book suggests 95 rpm but I struggle to maintain that comfortably.
However, I'm having a bit of trouble interpreting the results! I was hoping for an obvious level part on the graph for threshold HR and levels etc. but i'm struggling to see it. Perhaps it just needs a bit of tweaking but I'm not certain.
If anyone could offer some help or opinions i'd be very grateful.
Vitals:
Age: 25, weight: around 68kg, Height: 6'0"
Results are:
Hr [bpm] Speed [km/hr]
0 96 27
1 133 27
2 140 28
3 146 30
4 150 29
5 153 31
6 157 32
7 158 32
8 159 32
9 160 33
10 163 34
11 164 34
12 165 34
13 169 37
14 169 37
15 171 38
16 173 37
17 172 41
18 176 41
19 179 42
20 180 42
21 182 46
22 184 49
Sorry I can't figure out how to upload a graph image.
Thanks.

If it was a test to exhaustion, then you would have all but elicited a maximal HR response, so can determine training levels from that.
But it's not clear if that's what happened.
Can use the calculators here to provide some training levels based on Max HR:

You wouldn't be assessing threshold levels from such a test. You'd ride a time trial effort to see your HR response for that.0
