Taking an easy week?

Thanks to this great weather i've had five consecutive weeks of what is, for me, relatively high mileage (five rides per week of 25-40 miles each) - I managed about 500 miles in December-February so it's not from a standing start, but it's a fair jump up in workload. I've also started adding in some running, about 20-25k per week. The net effect has been a gratifying improvement in fitness, but i'm now feeling fairly run-down so think it's time for a gentle week (especially as I have sportives the following two weekends...)
Anyway, I wondered if the best approach is to go for the same number of rides, but with much lower distance and intensity (say 5x10-15 miles), or to do just one or two normal-length rides? Or step away from the bike? Or just MTFU and work though it...
