Sufferfest - Downward Spiral

Squeezed the first half hour of downward spiral in tonight, I know it wasn't the full workout, but still rips it out of you the first time you do it. Think I'll be investing in the rest of them.


  • I use them every so often when I cannot get out on the road and find them great for a tough workout. The other ones are good as well.

    the best one for race/chain gang training is fight club IMO as the intervals replicate those situations well but they are all great!
  • Agreed, did my first Crit race last weekend and it was like the fight club in overdrive. finished with the bunch so its definitely helped.
