Just after a bit of advise please,

On the saddle with hands on hoods I feel I want to push my censored back a tad bitt further in the saddle. Should I move my saddle forward on the rails or adjust the height?

All suggestions gratefully received.

    Is the saddle level? Could be that you feel you are falling forwards a bit if it is tilting slightly downwards.
