I'm dissapointed my lowrider bike isn't getting any traction on the wall:
Style over substance.

I'm reminded of the Eddie Izzard sketch about circles, things that join up at the back -eg. extreme right wing and extreme left wing politics.
In terms of fashion you start off at looking like a d!ckhead, work through cool, cooler, hip and groovy... end up looking like a d!ckhead.
For me the flyer is still just about cool, that bowery has gone too far and is well into the latter category.Andrew

And I've just realized I've accidentally resurrected an old thread (must have come in via a search!)

Totally basic.
Never have to faff with 'lubing' the chain or replacing the cassette every 1000 odd kilometres.
Comfier than any race bike by MILES, and only for those who are not in a hurry (and let's be honest, anyone in a hurry is per definition uncool).
It is also as comfy in normal clothes than in lycra (also uncool), and you really do tower over other car drives.
Options also include a button seat, made especially for cycling with a skirt.
Very cool.
Nope - not. Nearly but not. Any bike that looks like that must, repeat must, have rod brakes for ultimate coolness!Faster than a tent.......0 -

I was going to read through this thread, laugh to myself and not post.
Then I saw the pick above.
It takes a while for the eye to realise what its looking at, but when it does I found myself sighing in a slight state of arousal and if I had to be honest I felt a slight twinge downstairs.
Seriously sub cool!Food Chain number = 4
A true scalp is not only overtaking someone but leaving them stopped at a set of lights. As you, who have clearly beaten the lights, pummels nothing but the open air ahead. ~ 'DondaddyD'. Player of the Unspoken Game0 -

Iconic bike that everyone was blown over by when it came out. Got to be cool now with the revival of 'Chopper ' style bikes
