How I am finding the Charge Spoon after 4 months

I posted here about 4 months ago about the bum aches I was having with saddles. My trek 1000 came with a bontrager saddle and Id purchased an Intake one but to no avail...........still had a sore jacksie.
I put the feelers out here at BR for suggestions for a new saddle. Types by Fizik were suggested and a whole range of others , but the affordable Charge Spoon cropped up and review after review id read about it said it was a true giant killer.
I went onto the wiggle site and ordered a spoon in grey and it came in a matter of days. Its well made and , for the price, quite light too. I have altura cycling shorts which only cost me £20 and a tub of udderly smooth from wiggle in the house. So far, the spoon has been terrific and sore bumness has vanished for me. After a right few miles usage, it still looks good as new and my backside has not raised any complaints
Well done guys for suggesting the charge spoon in the first place, I was going to try a fizik for £80, but I am so glad my credit card only took a £25 hit for the spoon.

Well I have the very same; wiggle were doing them for just under £18 but didn't have black in stock so I went for the grey. Massive improvement on the saddle that came with the bike.
My only complaint is that the stitching seems to be bobbling my shorts a bit, so I might be looking for something the same shape but smooth before I go buying any Assos.0 -
