Toe nails....!

No gym bike for two weeks, so I decided to go on the running machine instead, just to keep the CV ticking over.
I used to run a lot, but these days, just do it every now and then.
I opted for a 'sh!t, or bust' session, so tried to get up to my old training pace for an hour...
Result = 2 black toe nails
This used to happen during Marathons, but not on shorter races/ training runs.
It's the nails on the two toes next to my big toes, they're slightly longer.
Every step I run, the seam on the top of my trainers 'taps' on my toes below it!

I'll stick to the bikes in future

    Your welcome, mate.

Luckily, it's not painful, just a little inconvenient.
Excellent for making the missus baulk! ... Just start lifting the front of the nail up
But, as I'm stuck on a platform, waiting on a flight, I thought I'd write about them instead.

Do your toenails look like a piano keyboard?
