I'll add mine and those I know of this evening.

I'm doing the "Bay Dash", a 60-mile ride from Lancaster on April 25th. The full 112 mile Wrynose course looked too scary.

I'll be in lycra so should be easy to spot  that & the fact that I'll be trying to remember how my bike works, but hey 3 weeks of training should be enough. i'll post my number & start time once I have them

and I finished my marathon despite the novel experience of running in the sun - something my training hadn't prepared me for

  • So the Dragon then :

That's me, Rich, ITB, Risi, Amnezia :

I'm not sure what my plans are yet as all hotels within a 10 mile radius appear to be fully booked. SWMBO has decided that it's not worth her hanging around for 8 or 9 hours in the vague hope of seeing me hurtle past so is going to drop me at the start and shove off to see her folks in Cardiff or go shopping.

Number 1825 on the entry list : assuming that'll be my race number too?

Haven't decided on kit yet either : need to get a grip :)

A club mate has very kindly donated his room, forgive me that smug feeling of self satisfaction. I can always lend you a tent  I'll be riding with the London Phoenix lot, there's a least 7/8 of us at last count. No idea of number yet, I've only just had my entry transfer confirmed. Send SWMBO shopping, you get to ride and get brownie points at the same time
