If you want to lose weight, eat less, or burn more than you eat.

Pay attention to what you eat and you'll soon see that you eat far more than you think you do.

People thought I eat loads, but don't understand when I stay 53kg, when they're all big heffers.

With some friends, we decided to record what we ate for 1 week and it turns out I ate plenty less then they did.

I ate a lot at breakie, lunch and dinner, but nothing inbetween. They had a little chocolate here, a banana there, and it all added up to more, yet they felt more hungry more often because they weren't full after dinner, so they'd have a little piece extra to fill the gap.

"Put the fork down" in short.

This week I've had some sort of "bug" and missed breakfast twice with a gippy stomach.
I laways normally have cereal or toast, jam.
I thought I'd be struggling in work, but I wasn't!
Didn't eat on both days til around 1.30pm then it was only a snack.
Light eve meal about 6m, fruit only til 10 pm.

Think I've lost a bit of weight, but that wasn't the point.

So, I assume this "advice" to ride early before breakfast might hold some weight, as long as it's easy paced.
Maybe this might work to get rid of the extra few kilos, bit of body fat.
