how tall are you? i could well fancy one of those but i think the 99 quid frame (XL) may be a touch too long for me :?

I'm 6ft3 and a bit, short body but arms and legs like a gibbon so should suit me fine :)

plan is to build something that will piss all over anything I can buy through cyclescheme with the added bonus of it actually being mine with no final payment. Merlin and second hand are going to be my friends in this. Already got a tiagra group taken straight off a new bike for £140.

One of these in size 17" flavour :) Gonna turn it into a mid-range XC machine, so the garage queen (S-Works) doesn't get thrashed, although I won't be able to ride for months as I have just come out of hospital after 5 days with a blocked femoral artery in my leg, anyway whilst recovering I shall be building this up.

£135 brand new (originally on a £1600 Corratec bike) with full warranty etc and NOT 2nd hand. Get In!!!

Shipped next day and will be here today :)

EDIT: it just turned up.. top drawer piece of kit - most impressed.

I would advise anyone who wants a lightweight, nicely constructed frame for 140 smackers to get on before they run out 8)

Ok I've cancelled the i900 seatpost and ordered the i950, as I'd not realised the colour kit is also the remote kit for the i950 too, Leisure Lakes lied to me and told me it was just a colour upgrade, but thats for the 900.

  • I ordered a torue wrench and a set of tools for it on Amazon. They come from third party suppliers and the wrench was despatched immed but the tools order was cancelled because the goods were not in stk til next week. So the fcrs cancelled to keep their delivery stats good!

Ordered tools from CRC this morning and they are on the way - cheaper too!

    Did I spell 'despatched' correctly?

CRC had them for £109 the other week  Your bro won't be disappointed with them. I might stick a 180mm rotor on the front for better more DH madness though.

I did say 'the other week' I'm really liking them, loads of modulation and 1 finger stopping power but like I said, I might stick a 180mm rotor upfront for even more DH madness. I like having lots more power than I need, I'll be happy when I can send myself over the bars with 1 finger.
