29er carbon rims

Been waitin for someone to try out the light-bicycle rims on here, tempted to get some when I eventually start my next build. From what I understand they look almost identical to the rims spesh use on their carbon wheelsets, so they should be good! Like how they'll add material to them to make them stronger too if you're wanting a stronger and stiffer rim too, be interested to see how you get on!!0
-
decided to give them a shot anyway, apparently the same factory roval/spesh wheels are made in....so will see what theyre like, 15 days lead time though so a few weeks till they arrive!0

I'm hoping this means you already own the dog. Because if not, you should! It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Just ordered another pair of Hans Dampfs from Bike-discount for 456, loved them on the Mojo and I think the extra volume might add abit more comfort!0 -

In 'Large' flavour, to replace the half-inched Anthem 29er - fancied something a bit more lively. How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

VERY nice! Get yourself along to Antur at some point, you'll have so much fun on that thing, you will wonder why you didn't go earlier! It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Seriously, the first time I went down, I was petrified and really slow. After about the 5th run, I was flying down it. So much so, I went back with a HT!
Maybe if there's a ride at Coed-y-Brenin or somewhere nearby again, you should join us for the day at Antur, defintely worth it for the skills you'll learn. It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.
