Found absolutely nothing on the net, was surprised when I found the pair at rutland, but they were a 12 not an 110 -
I'd have had them, how much? and why can't I see them online?0

I have bit the bullet and purchased a small wheeled bike.
Now i have to drive home to pay for it as its a bank transfer not Paypal :roll:0 -

not from me either, easiest way to keep riding through the winter IMO, get out regularly for a quick spin without getting covered in shit every time...VWsurfbum wrote:I have bit the bullet and purchased a small wheeled bike.:
Steady on!
Nice looking bike though...0 -
why the change back to small wheels?0
-
Obviously I like to believe that none of you have taken the pee as I'm a borderline national treasure
Mr VW, that is a lovely looking, sensible addition to the family and I hope its been purchased not just because there is less wheel to obscure the porkers brake lights, but because you will love and cherish it, and appreciate is smaller, but beautifully formed pair0 -
It is purely a N+1 purchase.
The smaller wheels are to accomodate the bigger travel, i was going to get a 140mm all mountain 29er but i already have two 29ers so this is a "fun" bike.
The Porkers bike rack will be happier with the smaller wheels too, but when i get the 996/7 i will have to look at alternatives again
And Gaz, your purchase was both Ghey and perverse!0 -

Think they were about 50 quid, no idea, they were in the giant concept store come to think of it, but this was earlier in the year, give them a ring or drop an email they might still have them0 -
a pair of these to replace my knackered old fox ones

A new 2S2P 18650 battery holder for the good 18650's that I have to - hopefully - increase the run-time on my 3T6 helmet light (only getting 1.25 to 1.5 hrs from the pack supplied with the light):
And then, in preparation for the 2 uplifts I've got coming up:
O'Neal Airtech AT-1 to replace the (too-big) 661 helmet:
And Thor MX Hero goggles to replace the scratched No Fear ones:

32gb class 10 micro HD memory card for the Contour. Getting annoyed with just having 8gb, uses it up far too quickly!0

New or used?
Just wondering, I tried to find a used one but they were all nearly the same price as a new one so gave up. Ended up with another skip project instead that should be big enough for her for a couple of years. I'm not bothered about it being left out/scratched/getting rusty etc.
I've got a 13 inch giant aluxx frame for when she's big enough for a 26 inch wheeler.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

Thats the issue i was having, gave up looking. for the price difference might as well buy new.
then No2 can use it when No1 grows out of it, then pass it on to my neice etc.0 -

Swear by Hope BB. I changed to an XT when the Hope i had didnt match the new colour scheme and it lasted about 8 rides. The Hope lasted a year of riding 60 miles a week and was still smooth. Ive gone back to Hope now.0 -
I don't get how people go through BB's so quick. Has to be a fitment issue. I had and maintained a deore BB just by cleaning and greasing for about a year!0

I had a gold SS one on the Inbred from the day it was built, must be 3 years ago. No problems at all but the plastic bearing shrouds went. Had a bit of money, went for the Hope. Bearings went after about a month so I sent it back and got another Superstar one.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.
