This is not inspirational. This is demotivating, please stop.

You do exactly the same FTP with one good leg as I did at my peak last year before I broke my hip. There was me thinking I'm was doing all right, whilst at the same time a bloke on the otherside of the world is winning races.

Maybe it's the carbon leg. That's probably the reason, all that weight saving. It's probably stiffer than a normal leg too. I wonder if I can upgrade mine...

There are a select few cyclists who inspire me to work hard and Alex Simmons is definitely one of them. Keep at it mate!

No, that is not demotivating, your comments are. Be happy for the guy, it doesn't cost anything. Instead your bitter. He's done well after an accident and getting a prosthetic leg, so what if it's carbon. Get a grip ffs.

Well done Alex, keep it up. At least if that twat doesn't appreciate it, maybe fellow amputees will.

    Thanks.

I think guinea was just having a laugh and indulging in a little self deprecating humour, so no issue from me.

I work consistently, injuries permitting (which unfortunately my residual leg is more susceptible to), train smart and hard and the results take care of themselves.
