giant mancp wrote:Good to see the new stuff on your site miggers and the Shutt Training Jersey looks great, just don't understand why there isn't a full zip. A short one is OK but not anywhere near as flexible.
Also, not much information on your site on the new Pro bib shorts and especially the insert, shape of, type of, etc. I'm guessing it's a better insert than the one used in your standard shorts, but how?
Full length training top coming soon, just ran out of time for the launch with all new products, same with the descriptions on the shorts... I ran out of steam after writing everything else...
We want the site to be constantly developing so do keep watching...
Wish I'd briefed the photographers to get a pic of the insert, doh!

Pete, great site, ta for the PM response.
It might be worth "doing a Rapha," in some of the descriptions, .i,e. a little bullet point precis so:
Fabric
* Sportwool™ (40% merino, 60% polyester)
Features
* Maximum wicking for warmer conditions.
* Ergonomic side panels for an improved fit.
* Reinforced pockets for improved load stability.
* Full length zip for temperature regulation.
Care instructions
* Machine wash cool: 30°
* Wash dark colours separately
* Do not bleach
* Do not dry clean
* Tumble dry cool: 1 dot
* Cool iron: 1 dotMy blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

we thought about that, but more like the North Face site using a separate tab... I does need a little tweak for summer refresh... Off out for my morning ride... hard life! PetePeter Bragg

yeah man I can see that0 -
wore my L/S training top out today for the first time - love it!
I'm 6'0 and slim/lean with a 41" chest. I have a MEDIUM and it fits perfectly. Its a snug racing fit and the arms are plenty long enough. A lrge would be flappy round the middle on me so VERY happy with this one. I really dont see any need for a longer zip as a slight opening is plemnty to keep ventilated on the climbs etc.
Its my first sportswool jersey and its unusual with a slightly brushed wool finish on the inside but a quite man made smooth finish on the outside. Highly recommended. The red definitely made me a bit faster as well 8)Your Past is Not Your Potential...0 -
If you like Shutt jerseys (I do) you might also like those from Colomba

I've got one of the club blue jerseys, which I have to say is my current favourite"The only absolute statement is that everything is relative" - anon0 -

hmmm thas a but worrying. i ordered a medium sportive jersey the other day but i'm only 5'8" with a 37" chest. can always exchange it i suppose
i like the look of the colomba jersey also. wish i'd got one at their sportive last november where they were slightly discounted, although my fettish for wool has only started this week."Unfortunately these days a lot of people don’t understand the real quality of a bike" Ernesto Colnago0 -

gsk82 - You're a med to us, I can't see you getting in a sml, they are up to 34" chest, my 11 year old lad wears one!
I love the jersey you got, I made the mistake of lending mine to a pal to try back in January and its never coming back!
Thanks, PetePeter Bragg
