boardman team carbon - suitable cadence and HR monitor

which cadence and heart rate monitor would anyone recomend for a boardman team carbon? I would want one which fixes to the rear wheel for use on a turbo, has heart rate, speed and cadence. cost upto £100. I like the look of the Polar cs200cad - does anyone use this on a boardman team carbon?
