odd symptoms?

rode the puncheur sportive last sunday (longest ride ive done in the last 4 months) and since then i have been:

low on energy
feeling dizzy when i move to fast
massive headrushes when i get up
headaches from time to time
and ive just had a nose-bleed

none of these are major symptoms on there own, but together they have been tedious and have lasted for nearly a week with no sign of releif.

anyone experienced these together, or know what may be the cause?

    you can seek advice from fellow forumites or google the symptoms but the best possible advice I can give would be to make an appointment with your doctor and get a check up. give NHS 24 a call if the symptoms are particularly bad.

    there could be a simple explanation and nothing to worry about, but better safe than sorry.

    See a doctor - soon - maybe nothing serious but in conjunction with a hard (?) ride I personally would get myself checked.....
