edited March 2010 in Pro race
The race is underway, just started.

Contador has a 24 second lead on Valverde for yellow. Sagan and Voigt tied on points but the Slovak is in green because he's won more. Mangel in the KOM and Kreuziger in white.

Possibly a sprint today but it's about time a breakaway was allowed, well see if Columbia fancy working for Greipel.

Video should be up at 14:15 GMT / 15:15 CET.

If there is a sprint, Bozic won't be in it - he's just abandoned....

There will be very little coverage today.
Unless a non Eurosport feed comes along, they aren't live for at least another half an hour and we are down to 50kms to go......

    Did alright yesterday.
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.

This could be interesting if it finishes in a bunch sprint... one with zero sprinters. Who'd be favourite for that? Sagan I suppose. Dumoulin? Valverde?

    It's not actually that windy.

Leipheimer dropped. Making mistakes like at in Paris-Nice, well... he's got a lot to learn

The hammer is really down. More riders getting spat out by awesome Ag2r. Riders giving up the ghost. Leipheimer has now gone all sulky....
Must be working for Nick Roche?

There are 3 or 4 Radio Shack riders in the front group, yet Levi misses the split? Weird.

If Radioshack didn't have Armstrong they'd be lucky to make the Tour the way they are riding. Talk about underwhelming.

I've never seen anything quite like that. A neo-pro riding away from some of the best stage racers in the world to solo the last 1.5 kms to win.

But if you take away the time-trialling, climbing, sprinting, riding away from the bunch, cyclo-cross and mountain biking, he's somewhat limited.
