How good has this week been for you?

I don't know how I've only just realised the sun rises so early. It means I can get 2 hours in easily before work and a nice little spin afterwards, bring on summer!

Just thought I'd share this with you all, still have to watch out for ice though...
Thresholds, 60-80%, HRM's...I'll just go for a ride

Bike's in the shop (pick up today) so not had chance to touch this amazing weather we're having. Felt like Spring up here, the sun's been really warm and the garden's waking up. All we need now is a hard frost to screw the plants over for Summer :P

We start our commute at 7am so it's good as most of the motorists can see us (not just the hi-viz and lights)

    Too right

it means i can do a 3hr ride on a sat or sun morn before the mrs is up! and if the kids wake her up (which they normally do as i wake them up when im getting ready lol) we still have a full day to do stuff which means i dont get nagged! its brilliant! :D
