DiMarchi and Columba for bibs and jerseys
Campagnolo for Record groupsets
Oakley - specs
Lezyne - multitool
Zipvit for snacks and drinks
Islabikes for kids bikes
& Zipp for wheels (I wish)
Oh and for Ben6899 - it might be worth looking in at Prendas for arm and leg warmers. At the moment you could get a pair of each for less than £20.0 -
I love Shutt VR. I'm a big fan of their merino sports wool jerseys and have bought several other of their items. The quality/value for money ration is incredible in my opinion. I also really admire their business philosophy of sourcing everything from within the UK.0

I'm not the only Shutt fanatic out there then, me feels I may need to increase my woolie wardrobe this year.Sunday September Ultegra SL

Rapha - Really good stuff IMO and the way they get publicity through people slating them on forums is genius. I'd never heard of them until I read a thread started by someone whinging on about their pricing and 'aspirational lifestyle b*ll*cks'. I consequently bought a jersey on the back of that and now have a few more items.
Look - My favourite frames and they remind me of when I first got interested in road racing.
Colnago - No matter what bike I own and how good it is, I will always hanker after a Colnago.
Assos - The shorts are fab!0 -

4 posts all mentioning you.
I'm surprised you are arguing.
Just admit it, it would be more honest.0 -

I'm not arguing, I am being honest, we just wouldn't do it...
The guy in question bought from us recently, he is new to cycling and found us because of our sponsorship of Orbea in the UK.
I am sure he will introduce himself at some point and I hope he is welcomed as I am sure he can learn a lot from here.
Would the real S2_art please stand up!

Hi Scrumple, is that a Sabbath/Sunday in your picture, if it is, nice bike. If not, it still looks nice.Sunday September Ultegra SL

Christ Scrumple he was only asking , my guess is he didnt click on your link.0 -
Just commenting on your choice of bike, I bet if you asked most people they would not be able to tell the make as you can't make out the decals that clearly. Not being daft at all, just trying to be friendly. Most of the Sabbath/Sunday people I have met have been quite nice guys as its still quite a niche brand.Sunday September Ultegra SL

wasn't having a dig as he clearly mentions my picture, so must have looked. Just don't iundertand why he was not sure it was a sabbath.... was wondering if the pic was faulty?! It looks clear as day to me but no idea what you lot see
Chill out yourself, it was a simple question!! I knew it was friendly I was just curious the link was ok. It is really unclear until you click on the photo, then it enlarges to a good view. Maybe its just my browser that does that. Must admit, the small version (not clicking on it) is too small to see, so apologies!0 -
Spot on Stewie, did not spot it, can I have brownie points for recognising it from the little picture on the left (the extent on my tech knowledge). No harm done, just feel a bit silly.Sunday September Ultegra SL

It isn't "my" bike in my avatar, but it is a pic copied of the same type. Obviously, the link is mine. Cheers for the comments, I was confused!!0 -

I wish I was an employee of Shutt as I would have got a staff discount haha. I'm sure some companies out there use forums to drum up interest, but I can safely say that isn't the case here with Shutt.
The simple fact is I am new to cycling and Shutt VR have been one of the few companies to talk honestly to me about their products and even invited me up to check out their stuff before buying anything. I believe in spreading good words about good companies/people that I meet. Isn't this the purpose of this particular thread?
I am doing the London 2 Paris 24 hour challenge for Scope in July as a 6 month project (I hadn't even owned a road bike until January) to prove to other lazy people like myself that endurance cycling is possible to anyone. I am unashamedly a fan of Shutt, but I am in no way associated to them.
If you're on Twitter say hello @s2_art and you'll see I'm not a member of Shutt. Perhaps all of the nice posts about Shutt are actually genuine? If a question is asked about jerseys, then Shutt are going to be mentioned a lot. Any company offering a high quality product, offering friendly inclusive customer service and good prices would get mentioned.
I hope that helps clear things up a bit )0
