Just interested to hear from anyone who has been coached by Dave Lloyd. His riders achieve very good results but is £120 pm, money well spent. I know it all comes down to the rider to put in the hard work, and most top athletes have coaches, do we mere mortals need them.

    songbird - I guess it depends on the type of person you are and if you are happy to pay £120 pm for what they offer....

    Not been contacted myself, meet Dave as his Mega ride a few years back. I would say it comes down to time, money, results, life blah blah blah....

    I was happy to buy a book for £8.50 that inspired me to add some new things to my routine that improved my sportive results :)
