as above anyone recomend any brands or whicvh typr of resistance trainer to go for?

    Kurt Kinetic road machine - about £250 from Chain Reaction. I've had and ridden every type of turbo and this is by far the best.

    so is it better than the elite crono fluidjet then and if so why?

    Kurt Kinetic is cheaper ay Winstanley Cycles, I just bought mine from there
